Mark Guerrero has performed locally in the Coachella Valley as a singer/guitarist
(as a solo, and as part of duos, trios, and bands) since coming
to the valley from Los Angeles, starting in 1987 commuting
seasonally until moving here permanently in 1990. His styles of music
are classic rock,
1950s, standards, country, r&b, blues, funk, reggae, and Latin.
Mark is well-known and respected and has one of the most extensive and diverse repertoires in
the valley.

Many celebrities have come to Lavender Bistro and
enjoyed themselves in the lounge or patio, including singer Harry Styles of One
Direction, Justin Beiber, Frankie Avalon, record executive Clive Davis, actor Kevin Bacon,
actress/singer McKenzie Phillips, comedian/talk show host Craig Kilborn, actor/talk show host James Corden, and
sports stars Tommy John, John Elway, George Brett, and Oscar De La Hoya.
